WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON NEW, UNUSED ITEMS!

We realize that returns and exchanges are a part of purchasing process and we do our best to make it as easy as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can return your order to TENS RACE. Returns must be unused, in the state of brand new condition, and in it's original packaging. Special order, Clearance, and Used items are excluded.

While we do not accept returns on custom order(s), we do offer returns within 30 days from the time your item shows delivered if the item is of faulty workmanship.

There will be a 30% restocking fees on returns that aren't due to faulty workmanship.

Shipping charges shall be incurred by the customer in the return of goods to Tens Race.

Tens Race will pay for the shipping back to the customer only if a replacement is required due to faulty workmanship or error in the order fulfillment by Tens Race.

Original invoice must accompany return goods in the unopened original package. 

We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
